UPCOMING  AND  ANNUAL  EVENTS

SPIRIT FEST | 2024
St. Joseph Catholic Church

Annual Fundraiser

Please join us for Spirit Fest '24 on Saturday, September 14! We will begin with Mass at 4:00PM. Dinner and activities will follow from 5:00-8:30PM, all at St. Joseph Catholic Church!

Spirit Fest is our parish's largest fundraiser. Funds raised support our parish directly and we will continue to donate 10% of the proceeds to a nonprofit organization in the Grand Rapids area. This year’s beneficiary is Foster Love & St. Joseph's Catholic School Playground.

We hope you are asking how you can help. The committee is asking for cash donations as well as item donations for the silent auction, themed basket raffle, and pie/baked/goodie donations from both parish members and the business community. We are also in need of volunteers for various roles.

Please contact Becky Langenecker in the parish office 218-999-6458 if you would like to help out with Spirit Fest!

Our biggest ask is that you attend the event if you are able. It is a wonderful time to gather and share in the fun at our church's largest fundraising event!

SPRING THAW | 2024

St. Joseph's Catholic School

Annual Spring Fundraising Event

Many benefactors have generously laid the cornerstones of faith and facilities for St. Joseph’s Catholic School. To those who give every year – Thank you. The desire to bring to life a vision of authentic Catholic teaching has formed us into the vibrant school we are today. Our responsibility now is to continue this tradition to serve future generations. Our Spring Thaw annual fundraiser is approaching, and you can help shape a positive future for our school.

On Thursday, April 18, St. Joseph’s Catholic School will hold its 29th Spring Thaw event at Timberlake Lodge. Bishop Daniel Felton will be in attendance this year! We are challenging Fr. Blake and Bishop Daniel to perform a country-western duet. Watch for ways to contribute to the duet challenge in an upcoming bulletin and Flocknote or check back here for updates. This is our most highly anticipated and largest school fundraiser of the year.

The money raised at our annual Spring Thaw fundraiser directly benefits students, staff and teachers. Most importantly, this event allows us to provide a Catholic education for students.

We hope to see you at this year’s Spring Thaw!
